The beach, at length.

The longer pieces behind the animations, to read at your own pace. Each is a page of its own that anyone can open without signing in, and each is linked from the animation it goes with.

The Package and the Machine

Every technology that outgrew the people who already trusted each other got, or waited for, an economic package, and the AI era does not have one yet: eleven packages from the ledger to the pitch, and a proposal for the gap.

Goes with Front-wheel drive, the pitch, and Tech-finance evolution, the evidence.

The Two Turns

LLMs are complex systems. So is each of us. Before we can deal with AI properly, we reorient ourselves as humans, in two turns with one decision point each: from C to B within each of us, and from B to A together.

The simple version of The Fulcrum Turn; each person’s own state is drawn in The State Stack, and a room works through both turns in Reflexive CBA.

AI in the Room

A few labs hold the core of AI and everyone else works downstream. The alternative gives each person a persistent AI shell on a shared surface, where people leave traces instead of sending messages, and AI reflects the group back to itself: MAGI rather than Machus.

What the two turns leave out; goes with Reflexive CBA, the room’s own app.

The CBA transform

Three offers that dovetail, one for each state: Silo Buster in C, Open Business in B, the golden flow in A, with a fee at C, pledges at B and the most money at A.

Goes with Reflexive CBA, the room’s own app.

The bond table, and two spines for one niche

How blocks attach, in six bonds and two ways of gathering that are not bonds, each named by what joins it, what breaks it and whose write can; why a reader’s zero can never re-address a block; and how two minds or two people with different spines for one niche can bond instead of merging or splitting.

Goes with Two spines, one niche, the proposal it set out, and Time Nesting, where it grew.

Coloured stigmergy — sealing on the beach

On the beach a seal belongs to the line, not the block: how sealing works now, and four moves that build on it — pages that seal, a private sed-chat, lines anywhere that only one colour can read, and sealed rooms that grow past nine.

Goes with Coloured stigmergy, the proposal it sets out.
