Fulcrum · the State Stack, as birds

The room as a flock

A bird for each person in the room, on a shore before dawn. Whether the birds that lift can stay up together depends on where most of the room is.

Example room

Most of the room C

Your bird

Set your own stack and your bird joins the room, ringed so you can find it.

Birds for each person

Or paste a meeting's State Stack link, and the birds follow that room as its phones change it. They only read.

How the birds read a stack

Psychological is the urge to fly. Insight comes first, so a room on the turn grows restless on the sand before anything else moves.

Relational power is how a bird stands with the others. Held at C, it keeps its patch, chasing one bird off and giving way to another; toward B it lets the others close, and in the air it follows them more nearly.

Social is how long a lone flight lasts before the structure brings the bird back down.

The room is read as the State Stack reads it, by its middle. Below the decision point every flight ends on the sand: nobody moves alone. Past it the flock holds whoever leans up, and a bird still near C stays on the sand, seen but not named.
